This video shows how Adrian Richards corrects inverted nipples. The operation is performed under local anaesthetic and takes approximately 30 minutes for both sides. Mr Richard performs over twenty of these procedures per month and with very good success rate and very low risk of reinvertion.

Inverted nipples are caused by tight milk ducts. They tether the nipple inwards and despite the muscle of the nipple trying to pull the nipple out, the tight milk ducts pull it inwards. The milk ducts are very strong and some techniques for inverted nipple correction have aimed to lengthen and stretch these.
