Slim lady who underwent a Tummy tuck procedure (abdominoplasty) with repair of the abdominal muscles under the care of Adrian Richards. Patient was extremely fit and healthy and attending the gym regularly but due to separation of her tummy muscles at following pregnancy was unable to obtain a flat stomach. Separation of the tummy muscles is often associated with back pain and poor posture. Repair as in this case usually results in an improvement in back pain. In addition the excess skin on the lower abdomen is flattened and reduced.
