23 year old before and after open rhinoplasty.  In this procedure the dorsal hump of the nose is reduced and the cartilege of the tip of the nose reduced and slightly elvevated.

The patient also has a slightly retruded chin and a chin inplant or genioplasty (modification of the boneof the chin) were discussed with him.  He elected to concentrate on nasal surgery alone initially
