Surgeon's comment
These pictures show the before and after appearances of a 41 year old mother who has breast fed all of her children. Prior to having her children she was happy with the appearance of her bust but felt it had lost fullness and her nipples had fallen following breast feeding. She underwent a breast enlargement and breast uplift procedure with the implants being placed behind her muscle in a dual-plane position. A lollipop scar breast uplift (mastopexy) was performed limiting the scarring to around the nipple and downwards towards her breast fold. 560cc High profile IMP-HR Nagor implants were used on both sides. High profile implants were used in this case to give her as much projection as possible following her operation. The patient requested a natural appearance following surgery and she felt this had been achieved. In particular she felt much more confident in clothes and was able to wear a wider variety of tops and swim-wear.
