Patient had decided to have removal of her allergan 260cc CUI implants and a breast uplift procedure. The implants were intact with gel bleed. A short transverse scar mastopexy was performed by Adrian Richards. Patient requested a small youthful areolas narrow in diameter. Photos show well healed scars which would be expected to fade to a silver colour within a year of surgery. Her final breast size achieved is a B cup. In many cases removal of implants and mastopexy (breast uplift) can be performed to achieve a natural result. In some cases a mastopexy is not required but in this case the nipple position was low and a mastopexy needed to be performed.
