Fit and healthy lady who felt that her upper eyelid slightly heavy giving her a tired appearance. Upper blepharoplasty performed by Adrian Richards removing the overhanging skin on the upper eyelids. Also some muscle and fatty tissue from the inner eyelid removed. Photos taken six weeks after surgery showing redefinition of upper eyelid and refreshed appearance to eyes. Upper blepharoplasty is typically is performed under local anaesthetic and takes approximately 45 minutes . It is a very effective procedure for rejuvenating the eyes and it involves minimal scarring which is concealed in the natural crease of the upper eyelid.
