A 28-year old man embarrassed by the large and protruding areolae. Commonly termed ‘puffy nipple’, in fact he required a small amount of liposuction combined with open excision of remaining breast gland tissue to improve the chest contour. Whilst the scars are just visible on close inspection, further maturation during the next year will make them very difficult to see.
