Incision: mini-scar Technique: local anaesthetic, dual-suture This young woman had never seen her nipples so had the most severe, Grade III. The local anaesthetic procedure took around 30 minutes and the result 6 weeks after shows a good scar and correction. This case is instructive as it shows with severe inversion that large nipples are not achievable because the nipple tissue simply has not grown normally, but highly satisfactory outcomes with minimal scars are possible.
