Can Ear Correction rectify my 20mm flesh tunnels?

I created 20mm flesh tunnels in both of my earlobes which were appropriate for me at the time but I would now like to have them corrected.

Could you give me an approximate guide as to how much this is likely to cost? I ask because I would very much like to start saving so as I can book a consultation and have treatment without money being a problem.
