This is a breast enlargement surgery video using the OCEAN™ Technique, pioneered at Aurora Clinics by Mr Adrian Richards. The OCEAN™ Technique is a variation of breast enlargement surgery which involves a peri-areola incision, meaning the implant is inserted through the incision around the areola, meaning the scarring will be much smaller and only around the perimeter of your areola.

This is a reasonably short video, with the beginning part being taken up by Mr Richards showing us the markings, and explaining what he will be doing during the surgery. The implants will be placed over the muscle, which we are shown after the incision has been made. He talks about the implant positioning, the muscle and the amount of breast tissue our patient currently has.

We don’t see much of the actual surgery, but we do see the end results, which we can see minimal scarring and a good bust with more volume and shape to it.
