A breast lift is more technically known as a Mastopexy procedure. As we enter this video, the right side has already been completed, and Mr Richards is talking about the scars, and how he tries to keep the scar in the fold of the breast as short as possible.

Moving on to the left side, Mr Richards talks about the process and stages he will be doing during the operation. He will cut around the nipple, which enables it to be elevated into the new position. Then the breast tissue underneath will be tightened up which will create a more elevated appearance to the breasts.

Next we see the top layer of skin has been removed. Mr Richards is talking about what he will do next, and begins to do it as he talks. He divides the tissue around the nipple and continues to explain the technique and shows how it will be elevated.

After this we skip to the end of the surgery and the final results. Mr Richards shows the fold of the breast and the scars he tries to keep as short as possible. He pushes down on the breast to simulate gravity as a patient would experience when stood up or sat upright.
