In this video we see highlights of the breast asymmetry surgery. Mr. Richards briefly talks about the markings again, as we see the line across the chest, which was straight, is not straight anymore.

The surgery for the right side is skipped over, with Mr. Richards showing us the finished breast, and explaining what he has done. Then he goes on to the other breast, explaining what he will do, before skipped over that in the video and we see the final appearance.
