Permalip – How is a lip enhancement procedure performed?
In this edition of our lip enhancement FAQ series, Mr Richards outlines the process and informs us how the procedure is performed. It is performed under local anaesthetic, and doesn’t take very long. It is quite a simple procedure, with minor incisions made in the wet/dry border of your mouth, at either side, where the top lip meets the bottom lip. A gap is created through the lip, and the implant is pulled through, to make sure it is straight, even and doesn’t get a fold in it. To see the actual surgery you can click here.
