In this video Mr Richards gives his opinions based on previous experience and patients he has seen in the past. Usually the advice involved starting smaller, because you don’t want to overstretch your lips. and if you think they are too big, then going smaller will leave a slight withered appearance whereas if you have one that you think is a little small, then you can always go up a size, which is usually better for the natural stretch and elasticity of the lips.
