Permalip – What complications can occur with a lip enhancement procedure?
Here we are bringing you another episode in our FAQ series on lip enhancement surgery. Permalip lip enhancement is not that commonly known as a surgical procedure, with the more popular option being dermal fillers, which are a temporary solution which need topping up roughly once a year.
When our patients hear about permalip implants there are always a few questions that arise, and one of them is the complication rates and what can potentially go wrong. In actual fact the procedure is very simple and straight-forward, which means there is very little that can or does go wrong. It is a simple procedure performed under local anaesthetic, and the only time we have to do a revision surgery to date is when a patient decides they were too cautious in the beginning and want to go up to a larger size.
